Description:
 
Ultrasonic cutting principle is through the ultrasonic generator to 50 / 60Hz current into 20,30 or 40kHz power. The converted high frequency electric energy is again converted into mechanical vibrations at the same frequency by the transducer, and then the mechanical vibration is transmitted to the cutter by means of a set of amplitude modulator devices which can change the amplitude. The cutting tool transmits the received vibration energy to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut in which the vibration energy is cut by means of activating the molecular energy of the material to be cut and opening the molecular chain. Quality monitoring can be carried out to facilitate statistical evaluation with high accuracy.
