The ultrasonic cutting machine is composed of Ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic booster, ultrasonic cutting knife and ultrasonic generator.

♦ Ultrasonic generator

It converted the high frequency high voltage AC current to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducers are equivalent to energy conversion devices that convert the input power into mechanical energy, ie, ultrasonic waves.

♦ Ultrasonic booster

It magnifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer.

♦ Ultrasonic cutting knife

Further amplify the amplitude, focusing ultrasound energy to the cutting part of the material. This cutting site is effected by the huge ultrasonic energy, and becomes softening, melting, strength greatly reduced instantly. So only need to impose a small force to achieve the purpose of cutting materials

The difference between traditional cutting and ultrasonic cutting

Ultrasonic cutting machine is the use of wave energy for cutting equipment, the main t feature is not to use the traditional edge.
The traditional cutting utilizes a tool with a sharp edge to press the cutting material. The pressure is concentrated at the edge of the blade, the pressure is very large, more than the shear strength of the cutting material , then the material is cut open.
