Sonochemistry is the application of ultrasound in chemical reactions and processes. The mechanism of sonochemistry in liquids is acoustic phenomenon cavitation. Several unique features of ultrasonic technology make it possible to directly transfer laboratory optimized processes to industrial production, and always repeatable amplification results. Our ultrasonic liquid processor can output extremely high amplitude (over 100 microns) at any scale. We provide three types of ultrasonic processors for liquid treatment: 500-1000W (laboratory scale), 1500 (bench scale) and 1500-3000W (industrial scale). Our system can work in flow mode, which means there is no limit to the total amount of liquid processed.
