It is generally believed that when the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is operating, the product and the mold surface can get the proper welding effect as long as the contact is accurate. In fact, this is only a superficial view. Since the ultrasonic wave is frictional vibration, it will produce sound wave conduction. If we only observe the degree of stability of the hardware (mold) and ignore the integrated ultrasonic plastic welding machine operation method, it will inevitably lead to the consequences of ruining the problem or misjudging. Therefore, we must first emphasize the operation of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine. The method is to conduct sound waves, turning into vibration and friction into heat energy and welding. At this time, the degree of stability of the ultrasonic mold, the height of the product section, the thickness, depth, and the texture of the material must not be 100% able to withstand the same pressure.
On the other hand, the energy output by the upper mold (Horn) has an error value for each point, and the energy emitted by the entire surface is not the same. On the whole, there is bound to be a difference in the degree of product welding line welding. Therefore, it must be corrected. 1. Advance the ultrasonic vibration time (avoid contact vibration).
2. Reduce the pressure and reduce the time of ultrasonic welding (reduce the strength standard).
3. Reduce the number of machine power stages or low-power machines.
4. Reduce the enlargement ratio of the ultrasonic mold.
5. Cushion rubber is used to cushion the force of the bottom mold.
6. Avoid dangling or gaps between the bottom mold and the product.
7. HORN (upper mold) re-measure the frequency after digging out the hole.

4. Check whether the positioning of the mold and the endurance of the product are stable.
