1. The ultrasonic amplitude is continuously adjustable. Since the ultrasonic energy will be attenuated in the thickness direction of the wire beam, the thicker the wire knot, the larger the amplitude of the welding head is required. The ultrasonic amplitude is continuously adjustable, and it can also avoid the discoloration of the wire surface of different areas. When welding 1mm² and 25mm² wire harnesses on the same machine, the amplitude parameters are basically different by 30%.
2. The gap requirement of the thread clamp: ≦0.02mm. Ultrasonic welding is of high energy density, and the gap is large, which will cause line jams.
3. Quality control software. The machine is required to conduct a quality assessment of each solder joint: in any case, the welding will be wrong, in any case, the wire is missing, and a warning will be issued. Ultrasonic welding is also required to have an energy control mode.
