If we only observe the degree of stability of the hardware (mold fixture), and ignore the integrated ultrasonic operation method, it will inevitably lead to the consequences of ruining the problem or misjudging. Therefore, we must first emphasize that the operation method of ultrasonic welding is Conducting sound waves, turning vibration and friction into heat energy and welding. At this time, the degree of stability of the mold fixture, the height of the product section, the thickness, depth, and the texture of the material must not be 100% able to withstand the same pressure.
On the other hand, the energy output by the upper model (H o r n) has its error value at each point, and not the entire surface emits the same energy. On the whole, there will inevitably produce differences in the degree of product welding. Therefore, it must be corrected. How to correct it is to rely on the horizontal screw of the welding machine itself, or stick a thinner tape or aluminum foil.
