1. turn on the power without display
Reasons: The fuse is blown
Solution: 1. Check if the power tube is short-circuited; 2. Replace the fuse.
2. the ultrasonic test has no current display
Reasons: 1. The power tube is burned; 2. The high voltage capacitor is burnt; 3. The relay control line is faulty.
Solution: Replace the burned parts.
3. the acoustic wave test current is too large, overload
Reasons: 1. The welding head is not locked or cracked; 2. If there is no welding head, the current is large, the transducer or the secondary rod is aged or cracked; 3. The power tube characteristics are mutated or burnt; 4. Power The amplifier circuit is defective.
Solution: Replace the relevant parts.
4.the current is too large when welding, overload
Reasons: 1. The air pressure is high; 2. The welding head is too large, and the inrush current is large; 3. The triggering pressure is high and the delay time is long; 4. The secondary rod ratio is high.
Solution: 1. Reduce the air pressure; 2. Use a larger power model; 3. Reduce the trigger pressure and reduce the delay time; 4. Switch to a low-multiple secondary rod.
5. the trigger switch welding head does not fall
Reasons: 1. The emergency stop switch is not reset; 2. The trigger switch cannot be triggered at the same time or one of the contacts is bad; 3. The program control board has a problem.
Solution: 1. Reset the emergency stop switch; 2. Detect that both trigger switches can be triggered at the same time; 3. Check the program board to troubleshoot, generally IC problem.
6. After the trigger switch, the ultrasonic time is very long or the holding time is very long.
Reasons: The welding time or the holding time band switch is open.
Solution: Adjust the band switch contacts to make them in good contact.
7. After the trigger switch, the ultrasonic wave cannot be triggered.
Reasons: 1. The pressure trigger switch is damaged; 2. There is a problem with the program board.
Solution: 1. Replace the pressure trigger switch or small spring; 2. Check the program board to troubleshoot, generally it is an IC problem.
