Ultrasonic Non-woven Welding Adjustment and installation
Ultrasonic non-woven welding machine adjustment method
1. Turn on the power switch and the built-in light of the switch is on.
2. Adjust the air pressure: The air pressure valve is next to the head pressure gauge. The pressure is adjusted depending on the thickness of the processed material or the processing properties (embossing or seaming). When processing thick materials or embossing, the air pressure is higher; conversely, when the material is thin or seamed, the air pressure should be lower. The gas pressure is generally adjusted within the range of 2 to 5 kg/cm2.
3. Sound wave detection adjustment: (when the flower wheel is not in contact with the steel mold at the upper limit)
1) Press the “Audio Test” switch. If the amplitude display indicator rises sharply and exceeds 100, the frequency is too far from the resonance point. The “Audio Adjustment” knob must be adjusted. Visually monitor the amplitude display, press the “Audio Test” check switch in the left hand (do not exceed 3 seconds), and rotate the “Audio Adjustment” knob in the right hand to adjust the pointer to the lowest point. When the adjustment is made, if the indicator is not falling, but rising, it will rotate in the opposite direction. The reading of the amplitude meter indicator is within 50, and the reading of the ammeter indicator below 0.6A is the best working point. Tighten the butterfly nut after adjusting the sound wave.
2) In the no-load test, if the “overload indication” light is on, it indicates that there is a problem with the device. Can not work, should be shut down for inspection.
4. Check pneumatic components:
1) Press the cloth wheel switch a few times (on the left side of the machine head, red button switch) to check if the upper pressure wheel is flexible.
2) Step on the flower wheel lift switch (flower wheel pedal) to check if the flower wheel lift is flexible.
Ultrasonic non-woven welding machine equipment installation:
1. Disassemble the package, check the surface and parts of the equipment for signs of damage, check whether the screws are loose, whether the electrical connectors are locked, and whether the accessories are complete.
2, the equipment should be placed on a flat hard ground, the welding machine is required to be at least 0.5 meters away from the heat source, and to ensure that the machine at least 1 meter before and after, at least 0.5 meters of space left and right for operation.
3. Check the voltage requirements of the sign on the back of the vibration box and ensure that the system is well grounded.
4. Connect the device to the power supply and air supply. Be sure to turn off the power switch first. Pay attention to the voltage requirements of this unit: AC220V, 50-60Hz.
5. The air line is connected to a clean and non-lubricated compressed air source with a rated working pressure of 0.6 MPa.
