Our ultrasonic welding head is designed to be used in conjunction with replaceable carbide blades and is a reliable solution for aerospace materials. In other cases, aerospace materials will not be processed using standard ultrasonic tool materials.
• 30, 25 and 40 kHz frequencies are available
If drastic cutting is required, our 25 kHz ultrasonic generator and tools are a good solution. If a smaller footprint or a lighter payload is required, our 30 and 40 kHz cutting systems are the ideal choice, providing a quiet operating environment.
• A large number of standard carbide blades, suitable for applications of various shapes and sizes
Our application and design engineering team has developed industry-leading tools that can meet the demanding requirements of cutting applications.
• Robust design
The blade curvature is extremely small, and straight cuts can be performed without supporting the blade.
