Ultrasonic atomization spraying equipment
Principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying equipment
The sonic spray head uses lower ultrasonic vibration energy to atomize the liquid. The liquid can be delivered to the spray head by its own gravity or a low-pressure liquid pump to achieve continuous or intermittent atomization. In the case of not exceeding the limit, the amount of liquid atomization is only determined by the delivery amount of the liquid and the working frequency of the spray head. Under normal circumstances, the higher the working frequency of the spray head, the lower the atomization processing capacity. The small atomization volume of liquid can reach 1μl/min. Various paints, chemical reagents, lubricants, particle suspensions, etc. can be atomized. However, the viscosity, miscibility, and solid content of the liquid need to be considered.
Ultrasonic atomization effect
1. Large width spraying, suitable for large-area film forming
2. High-efficiency spraying, reducing raw material consumption
3. Fine atomized particles
4. Uniform atomization particles
5. Can achieve discontinuity or continuity
6. Ultra-low spray flow
7. Not easy to block
8. Anti-corrosion
9. High precision and high controllability
Advantages of ultrasonic atomization
1. A major breakthrough in spray technology, which can atomize various liquids
2. Very low power consumption, fog volume, energy saving and environmental protection
3. No blockage, no wear, no noise, no pressure, no moving parts
4. Can be combined arbitrarily to achieve the required spray volume. Made of high-performance titanium alloy and stainless steel
