Ultrasonic metal welding machine uses tens of thousands of high-frequency vibration waves per second to be transmitted to the surfaces of two metal workpieces to be welded. Under a certain pressure, the surfaces of the two metal workpieces rub against each other to form a fusion between molecular layers. Its advantages are high efficiency, fast speed, energy saving, high welding strength, good electrical conductivity, no sparks, and close to cold processing.
Ultrasonic welding is a solid-phase welding method. The connection between metal weldments is realized by the high-frequency elastic vibration of the acoustic system and the clamping action of static pressure between the workpieces. Among them, the ultrasonic generator is a frequency conversion device, which converts the power frequency current into the oscillating current of the ultrasonic frequency, and the transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency electric energy of the generator into mechanical kinetic energy. Amplifiers are used to amplify the amplitude and couple the load. Under the combined action of static pressure and elastic vibration energy, the metal weldment transforms the elastic vibration energy into friction energy, deformation energy and heat energy between the workpieces, resulting in the formation of a surface oxide film on the surfaces of the two workpieces, thereby achieving friction welding. When different metal materials are welded, mixed molecular interfaces are formed, resulting in metallurgical welding.
