When the ultrasonic generator issues an alarm, after eliminating other possible causes of the alarm, adjust the frequency by operating the tuning screw.
1. Open the tuning screw cover on the right side of the generator (if there is no cover, this operation is not required), loosen the butterfly nut, so that the tuning screw can be rotated left and right.
2. Under the power-on state, hand-press the ultrasonic run button and turn the tuning screw at the right and left, when the alarm light is not flashing.
3. After canceling the alarm state, continue to adjust the tuning screw in a small amount, and observe the scale display of the voltmeter. The closer to 0 is the best position. At this time, the adjustment is over and the butterfly nut can be tightened.
