In ultrasonic processing, the acoustic system must be well fixed, otherwise it will affect the processing effect. Generally, we process a flange on the node designed by the booster, and then fix the flange, so that the acoustic system in ultrasonic processing is well fixed, and the mechanical energy is reduced as much as possible. loss.
The booster makes the thermal and chemical insulation between the transducer and the working medium, so as to prevent excess heat from being transmitted to the transducer during processing, which affects the performance of the transducer.
