Ultrasonic frequency detection, ultrasonic welding machine frequency adjustment method
In order to achieve the best use effect and maintain the performance of the machine, it is very important to adjust the ultrasonic power source and the ultrasonic vibrator resonance.
A: Before tuning, ensure that the ultrasonic weld head and the ultrasonic modulator must be locked. When tuning, do not touch the other parts of the welding head.
B: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator will light. Place the manual/auto switch in the manual position.
C: Press the ultrasonic test switch and look at the ammeter. If the ammeter pointer exceeds 2A, (ie, two small cells), press the ultrasonic test switch for a very short time. Adjust the frequency adjustment and rotate it left and right until the voltmeter indicates the minimum position. Usually the ammeter is below 1.0A, and the smaller the better, if it is too large, it will damage the ultrasonic generator if it is used too hard.
Note
(1): When adjusting the tuning inductance, the size of the load meter changes, not indicating the power output size. It only indicates the degree of resonance between the generator and the transducer system. (The smaller the voltage, the better the resonance). (The amplitude adjustment switch can also be adjusted, but the amplitude adjustment switch cannot be adjusted when there is ultrasonic output to prevent high voltage electric shock.)
(2): When the load table is unloaded, it indicates the degree of resonance; when it is loaded, it indicates the output energy.
(3): When tuning, if the overload indicator is on, the test switch should be released immediately. After 3 seconds, adjust the tuning inductance and then perform ultrasonic detection.
(4): Correct tuning is very important. If the normal situation cannot be achieved, please refer to the fault detection table and do not use it to avoid damage to the machine.
