The principle of ultrasonic atomization nozzle atomization spraying
Ultrasonic atomization nozzles use the energy of ultrasonic waves to break up water or liquids to form tiny particles of several μm to more than 100 μm in size. Different from the traditional spray heads, which rely on pressure and high-speed motion to smash liquid into small particles, ultrasonic spray heads use lower ultrasonic vibration energy to atomize liquids. The liquid can be delivered to the spray head by its own gravity or a low-pressure liquid pump to achieve continuous or intermittent atomization.
Features
1. Compared with traditional pressure nozzles, the liquid feeding channel and nozzle holes of the ultrasonic atomizer nozzle are relatively large, so as to achieve non-clogging spray.
2. The size of the atomized particles of the ultrasonic nozzle is basically a function of the working frequency, the higher the frequency, the smaller the atomized particles.
Application field
Ultrasonic atomizing nozzles are used for air humidification, liquid granulation, mixing, spraying and other purposes.
Ultrasonic spraying series
Ultrasonic spraying system can work with matching equipment. The spray quality is generally stable, and the particle diameter is about 25-50μm. Compared with traditional sprays, UAC series ultrasonic spraying systems have increased spray uniformity and controllability. It reduces the defects of the common interventional device coating surface and provides support for the preparation of the interventional device surface coating with excellent performance.
Ultrasonic generator is an important part of the power ultrasonic spraying system, divided into digital display type / analog type.
Ultrasonic spray nozzle OEM products, the styles are mushroom type, pointed type, flat type and so on. Customized according to the actual plan, can be customized according to the spraying range, spraying range, spraying angle and other factors. The spray shape and scope can be fixed by adding air.
