The Method of Plastics Welding by Ultrasonic Welding Machine

1. Fusion welding method

Ultrasonic vibration transmits the ultrasonic wave to the welding piece with the welding head. Due to the high acoustic resistance of the two welds, high local temperature is produced, which melts the joint surface of the welds.Under certain pressure, the two welds can achieve beautiful, fast and strong welding effect.

• Embedding method

Nuts or other metals are inserted into plastic parts. First of all, ultrasonic wave is transmitted to metal, through high speed vibration, the metal is directly embedded into the molding plastic, and the plastic is melted at the same time, and the embedding is completed after solidification.

• Riveting method

In order to combine metal and plastic or two plastics with different properties, ultrasonic riveting method can be used to make the welding parts not easy to brittle, beautiful and strong.

• Spot welding method

Use small welding head to separate two large plastic products, or the whole row of toothed welding head directly pressure two plastic parts, so as to achieve spot welding effect.

• Forming method:

Use ultrasonic wave to melt the plastic workpiece instantly, when the plastic solidifies, can make the plastic of metal or other material firm.

• Excision method:

When the plastic workpiece is just released, adopting the special design method of the welding head and base, it is directly pressed on the branches the plastic, and the removal effect is achieved through ultrasonic transmission.

The quality of products operating with ultrasonic welder adopts independent method of pneumatic source.The products below 0.02m/m are required to be equipped with pressure stabilizing equipment on the ultrasonic machine platform. Adjust the number of force segments and increase the power, but the general condition of ultrasonic welding machine operation when the power output is best can control between 2 ~ 4 segments, if that must be in 5 ~ 6 segments of operation, the production time must be shortened as far as possible, to avoid the wastage of parts and the vibrator.
