It has high sturdiness, good thermal conductivity, high hardness, and long use time, but the cost is slightly more expensive.
Ultrasonic aluminum alloy mold:
Advantages: light weight and low density; high ultrasonic transmission rate, suitable for large-scale molds; low hardness, more complex lines can be carved on the mold, and the processing cost is relatively low. The disadvantage is that the wear resistance is not high and it is easy to wear. Therefore, the aluminum alloy ultrasonic mold is suitable for discontinuous high-strength friction operations such as stitching and welding, high ultrasonic wave strength, and engraving of the mold surface. It is suitable for aluminum alloy ultrasonic molds.
Ultrasonic steel mold:
Advantages: high hardness, high wear resistance, strong mold use time, and high stability. The disadvantage is that the ultrasonic transmission rate is relatively low and the acoustic impedance is large. In order to ensure the ultrasonic transmission effect, it is not suitable for the enlargement of the mold. In the case of the circular mold, the unit diameter generally cannot exceed 11.5cm. Ultrasonic steel mold is more suitable for all kinds of rolling cutting, such as non-woven fabric cutting, nylon material punching, slitting, fabric rolling lace, environmental bag sewing and other application equipment, such as ultrasonic mask machine, ultrasonic fabric slitting machine , Ultrasonic punching machine and many other equipments use steel molds.
