This instrument is mainly used for impedance analysis and parameter calculation of piezoelectric devices.
Piezoelectric ceramics are a group of crystal materials, under the action of ac voltage, can produce a stretching vibration, thus making sound, this phenomenon is called piezoelectric effect in physics, piezoelectric effect of ceramics are called piezoelectric ceramics. On the contrary, when it is subjected to mechanical pressure, even if the pressure is as small as the vibration of sound waves, it will produce stretching and other shape changes. As the shape changes, the two sides of the crystal will generate different electric charges.
Piezoelectric transducers composed of piezoelectric ceramics have become the main means of producing and receiving sound.
Before using piezoelectric devices, need to know the main parameters, mainly including: resonance frequency Fs, anti-resonant frequency Fa, half power point of F1 and F2, maximum admittance Gmax, electrostatic capacitors C0, dynamic impedance (R1, C1, L1) freedom, capacitance CT, dielectric constant epsilon 33 t Keff, mechanical Qm quality factor and electromechanical coupling coefficient, the planar electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp, etc. If the admittance curve of the piezoelectric device can be measured before the device is used (admittance is the reciprocal of impedance), the required parameters can be analyzed and extracted. Four characteristic curves of piezoelectric devices (admittance characteristic diagram, impedance characteristic diagram, admittance polar coordinate diagram and impedance polar coordinate diagram) can be obtained by this system. This system can conveniently save and print the measurement results.
This system combines the hardware and PC software for impedance analysis. The system hardware completes the impedance measurement function, while PC software completes the impedance analysis and parameter extraction function.
This instrument is used to guide the detection and use of piezoelectric devices. It is a comprehensive solution for the measurement and analysis of piezoelectric devices. It can quickly and conveniently evaluate and test the parameter characteristics of piezoelectric devices for various purposes.
