Application:
There are many products that use ultrasonic metal welding technology, the most common ones are wire harnesses and wire harnesses, wire harnesses and terminals, copper-aluminum bars, lithium batteries, CCS, copper-aluminum tube sealing and cutting, etc.
Welding materials:
The ultrasonic metal welding process can only weld thin materials. Metal materials with a thickness of more than 3mm are difficult to weld with ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves have requirements for the metal materials welded. Not all metal materials can be welded. For example, tin, zinc, stainless steel, etc. are difficult to weld through ultrasonic waves.
Advantage:
In addition to the advantages of low energy consumption, fast speed, and low resistance, ultrasonic metal welding has the most significant advantage that it can not only be used for the welding of the same metal materials but also for the welding of dissimilar metal materials, such as copper and aluminum bar welding.
