The automobile gear block decorative cover multi-point hot-melt riveting point welding machine utilizes the hot-melt process to splicing and riveting several automobile interior parts, and adopts pneumatic pressing and sliding rail device to realize semi-automatic, and the hot-melt riveting point effect is stable.
There are three automotive interiors are assembled, and 23 white and black need to be hot-melt riveting welded.
It adopts Pneumatic clamping device, and can quick changeover (four-guide pillars), tank chain rail device, servo motor drive, etc. Each hot-melt riveting point has a corresponding hot riveting device, blowing device, and specific pre-pressing device. With safety grating safety devices, the temperature of each hot rivet head is individually controlled.
The automobile gear block decorative cover multi-point hot-melt riveting point welding machine is more semi-automatic than the common hot-melt riveting point welding machine, the machine is more compact, and can also be designed as a double-station according to customer’s requirements.
