1. There are problems with the system

Compared with traditional welding machines, the manufacturing process of ultrasonic metal welding machines is more difficult and costly, and because there are many factors that affect welding process parameters, it is not easy to understand and summarize the mechanism of welding machines.
3.'Openness' is poor and prone to high frequency vibration
The "openness" of the ultrasonic metal welding machine is relatively poor, and its extension size is strictly limited to the range allowed by welding, and its joint form is still limited to lap joints, and no further breakthroughs have been made in technology. At the same time, the welding point of the ultrasonic metal welding machine is prone to high-frequency vibration, which may cause damage to the edges of the product workpiece, especially hard and brittle materials.
4. Difficult to detect
For the current development of ultrasonic metal welding technology, it is still difficult to detect the quality of welding products, and the matching testing equipment has not been popularized, and the testing methods suitable for traditional welding technology cannot be applied to new technologies. If the detection technology cannot keep up, it creates certain difficulties for mass production.
