Description:

High-power ultrasonic drilling machine, welding machine, polishing machine vibrator have small machinery loss, high efficiency electricity and sound transfer, big swing and less heat.

Ultrasonic transducers convert AC into ultrasound, as well as the reverse. Ultrasonics, typically refers to piezoelectric transducers or capacitive transducers. Piezoelectric crystals change the size and shape when a voltage is applied; AC voltage makes them oscillate at the same frequency and produce ultrasonic sound. Capacitive transducers use electrostatic fields between a conductive diaphragm and a backing plate.

Systems typically use a transducer that generates sound waves in the ultrasonic range, by turning electrical energy into sound, then upon receiving the echo turn the sound waves into electrical energy which can be measured and displayed.This technology, as well, can detect approaching objects and track their positions.

 

The sound that is produced at a higher level than the human hearing range is named ultrasound. The ultrasonic transducer is one kind of sound-contributed sensors. While ultrasound begins typically at 20 kHz, most ultrasonic transducers begin at 200 kHz according to their application.

Ultrasound, which is naturally like audible sound, has far lower wavelengths and is more desirable to identify small faults.

These transducers are the main elements in sensors for flow, level measurement, and distance, as well as in biomedical, power, and other applications of ultrasound.
