1. A fan is installed in the welding horn and the transducer, so that the heat dissipation effect is good.
2.Flange and steel horn must be installed tightly, otherwise abnormal noise will occur; if the steel horn is not installed tightly, the screw will be damaged and the welding effect will not be achieved.
3.After working for a period of time, the equipment needs to be powered off to let the ultrasonic rest, and the working equipment is prone to hot during the production time, which will also affect the service life of the product.
4.To choose the correct model. 20K 2000W ultrasonic welding system is more suitable for flat mask mask making machine ,and for N95 mask machine 15K 2600W is better.
