How to use the ultrasonic welding machine correctly to make it last longer?
Ultrasonic welding machine commonly used product mould, transducer, generator, so how to use welding function to make its life longer? In fact, many things, machinery, if you use it correctly, its life will be longer. The correct way to use the ultrasonic welding machine is, when using it, we should first understand the principle of the ultrasonic welding machine and what is the welding method!
1. When ultrasonic welding machine is welding products, our methods are different, but the principle is the same. Some products need riveting, and some need spot welding. First, we need to know what kind of welding our products needed.
2. When we understand the welding method, we will set the parameters of the product when we weld the product, fit the welding parameters of our own products, and choose the correct parameters, so that when welding, there will be no solder products that are not secure.
3. The mold of the product. Ultrasonic welding machine mold is one of the most important parts of welding products. When using welding machine, we will fix the ultrasonic mold on the welding machine. We must fix it tightly when it is fixed. If it is not fixed, it will cause the ultrasonic mold to break. (The upper and lower molds need to be fixed). Also, the K number of the mold is different and will not match the machine, so when we make the mold, we can use it with the welding machine instead of just one mold.
4. The pressure of the ultrasonic welding machine. Our standard welding machine has a pneumatic valve. When we weld the product, we must adjust the pneumatic valve. Why do we say that the pneumatic valve controls the pressure of the ultrasonic welding machine? Therefore, when we weld the product, we must pay attention to its pressure. If the adjustment pressure is too large, the product will be directly welded and the mold will be broken. If the pressure is too low, the product will not be welded.
