1. Installation preparation
Manufacturers of high-precision plastic welders indicate that all the ultrasonic vibrators to be installed are properly prepared, as well as special glue, power cords, ultrasonic cleaners and other objects that are needed for bonding.
2. Pre-treatment of sandblasting
The part where the ultrasonic vibrator is installed in the ultrasonic cleaning machine must be sandblasted to make the surface of the stainless steel plate feel rough, to ensure that the ultrasonic vibrator and the surface of the steel plate can be tightly bonded, and the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator in contact with the steel plate must also be sandblasted.
3. Clean after sandblasting
After the stainless steel plate and the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator are sandblasted, the sand and dust on the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator can be wiped clean with wood alcohol solution, and then rinsed with the Asiton solution.
4. Dry after washing
The cleaned ultrasonic vibrator, stainless steel plate, steel wire mesh, and rubber pad must be dried with hot air. When the surface temperature of all objects drops to normal temperature, the next bonding work can be carried out.
5. Bonding process
The manufacturer of the portable spot welder indicated that the surface of the stainless steel plate was wiped dry with Asiton solution.
