Ultrasonic welding application method
1. Welding method:
The welding head vibrated by ultrasonic ultra-high frequency melts and connects the friction heat of the joint surface of the two plastics under moderate pressure. The welding strength can be compared with the main body, and the waterproof structure can be realized by using suitable workpieces and reasonable interface design. It is airtight and eliminates the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary materials to achieve efficient and clean welding.
2. Welding method:
The ultra-high frequency vibrating ultrasonic welding head is pressed on the protruding tip of the plastic product, and the instant heat is melted into a rivet shape, and the materials of different materials are mechanically riveted together.
3. Implant:
Through the trajectory of the welding head and appropriate pressure, metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are squeezed into the plastic hole and fixed to a certain depth. After completion, the tension and torque can be compared with traditional molds. Strength can eliminate the shortcomings of injection mold damage and slow injection.
4. Forming:
This method is similar to the riveting method, in which the concave welding head is pressed on the outer ring of the plastic product. After the welding head emits ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration, the plastic is melted and formed and coated on the metal object to be fixed, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful . This method is often used for the fixing and molding of electronics and speakers, and the fixing of lenses for cosmetics.
5. Spot welding:
A. For welding two plastic points, there is no need to design the welding wire in advance to achieve the purpose of welding.
B. For larger workpieces, it is not easy to design welding wire workpieces for spot welding, which can achieve the welding effect and can be welded at multiple points.
6. Cutting and sealing:
Using the principle of ultrasonic vibration, the chemical fiber fabric is cut, and its advantage is that it is smooth and does not crack or stretch.
