Copper foil copper belt ultrasonic welding machine operation instructions:
First, the preparation work:
1. Check whether the machine parts are complete, configure the gas source, the gas source requirement is greater than or equal to 0.6MPa. The machine is equipped with: transmitter, machine, power cord four core, control line five core, transducer line two core, pedal line three core, determine whether the connection is correct when loading the machine.
2. Connect the power cable. There are three wires at one end of the power cable, which are L and N. One end four-pin socket is connected to the generator
3. Plug in the air source, pass the pressure regulating valve and the air pressure gauge to ensure the air pressure is 0.2-0.6Mpa.
4. Connect the connection cable to the generator and the socket on the machine. Turn on the power button and the indicator light is on.

The equipment is composed of a generator, a sound resistance component, a pneumatic system, a machine base and a bottom mold.
