APPLICATION OF ULTRASONIC CAVITATION TECHNOLOGY
Ultrasonic degradation of organic pollutants in sewage can be used either alone or with ultrasonic cavitation effects. Ultrasonic degradation technology can be combined with other treatment technologies to remove organic pollutants. The joint technology has the following types:
1. Ultrasound and ozone are used in conjunction with sewage treatment, and ultrasonic degradation, sterilization and ozone disinfection work together on the sewage.
2. Ultrasound and hydrogen peroxide are used together for sewage treatment to achieve the purpose of degrading, sterilizing and disinfecting polluted water.
3. Ultrasonic waves and ultraviolet rays are used in combination for sewage treatment. The photoacoustic chemistry technology uses the ultrasonic technology and ultraviolet light technology to synthesize and complement each other's degradability, and common organic pollutants such as phenol, tetrahydrogen and trihydromethane in sewage are used. Third, the degradation is performed so that the degradation products of the four substances are water, carbon dioxide, C1- or easily biodegradable short-chain fatty acids.
4. Ultrasonic wave and magnetic treatment technology are used together for sewage treatment. Magnetization can not only achieve solid-liquid separation, but also can degrade organic matters such as COD and BOD. It can also decolorize dyeing water.
5. Ultrasound can also be used as an auxiliary technology for traditional chemical sterilization treatment. When using a traditional chemical method for large-scale sewage treatment, increasing the ultrasonic radiation can greatly reduce the amount of chemical agents used.
